For over 25 years Leisa worked from her iconic studio in Merricks North, surrounded by bush, land and nature, her work is clearly inspired by her environment. Leisa’s new venture has involved a sea change as she now works out of a new studio in Hastings. Although her environment has changed, her work and creativity has certainly not.

Leisa uses glass in a way that really celebrates the material for what it is; highlighting its’ unique properties. It’s like she’s found this lovely balance between controlling the molten glass with tools, and just letting heat and gravity define each piece.
