This work was created for this years theme Walking & Knowing. As we amble along the estuary just outside of Hastings I notice the marks left in the sand by the couple ahead of us. Evidence of humans making their mark on this beautiful serene spot. Slightly windswept in nature, a storm is brewing in the distance. I feel my feet in the slightly wet sand loving the natural massage but pulling my jacket closer as the wind picks up. Time to head back to the car feeling refreshed from our walk. Natures energy seeps into your being finding its way up your body until a wonderful peace descends…
